These laser leatherette patches with adhesive are perfect for hats, shirts, sweaters, sweatpants, jackets and more.

Laserable Leatherette offers the look and feel of genuine leather at a fraction of the price. This richly textured, synthetic material is water resistant, easy to clean and durable enough for the rigors of daily use. The high quality workmanship of each leatherette piece is sure to impress every recipient with its elegant individuality. Laserable leatherette items can be personalized through laser engraving, screen or uv printing for a full-color effect. Vinyl can also be applied.

Care Instructions:  Clean residue after lasering with LA Awesome or another neutral cleaner. Wipe off spills with a damp cloth, alcohol will remove pen marks.

Extra Info:

Back of patch is self adhesive. Peel protective covering after lasering and heat apply. Setting for applying vary depending on your press and atmospheric conditions.
Patches are hand washable only.

Colours of leatherette may not be as exactly shown due to screen variations.

The recommended settings above may need adjustments for best results. Settings will vary depending on the brand watt and model

HEAT SETTINGS TO APPLY:
Temperature: 270 degrees
Pressure: Medium
Time: 10-12 seconds

TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS (LEATHERETTE ENGRAVES TO BLACK)
1. Focus right on the leatherette
2. Cleaning should not be necessary with leatherette products. However if it is use a small amount of LA Awesome on a microfibre towel.
3. Confirm the position of your artwork by testing on a separate piece of leatherette or tape a clear piece of plastic onto the item.
4. Vector cut mask or plastic for placement guides

TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS (LEATHERETTE ENGRAVES TO METALLIC) 
1. Manually move the laser 1/8 inch out of focus.
2. Ensure the product is level.
3. If any residue occurs wipe the Leatherette clean with LA Awesome on a microfiber towel.
4. Vector cut mask or plastic for placement guides

TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS (LEATHERETTE MARBLE or WHITE)
1. Manually move the laser 1/8 inch out of focus.
2. Ensure the product is level.
3. Let product rest 30-60 minutes before cleaning
4. If any residue occurs wipe the Leatherette clean with LA Awesome on a microfiber towel.
5. Vector cut mask or plastic for placement guides
