Laserable Polar Camels

Supplies needed:
- Powder coated Polar Camel of choice
- Desired cleaner

Laser Raster settings for Powder Coated Polar Camels:
- 35 watt DPI 600 Speed 45% Power 100%
- 60 watt DPI 600 Speed 80% Power 100%
- 120 watt DPI 600 Speed 60% Power 55%
- 80 watt -Trotec brand laser- PPI 600 Speed 45% Power 100%

Note: The recommended settings above may need adjustments for best results.
Settings will vary depending on the Brand watt and model.

Lasering the Polar Camel:
1. Place in laser so tumbler is flat and level
2. Tumblers are front lasering only
3. Rotary attachment may be used.

Clean up:
1. After lasering use LA Awesome to clean up residue.

Note:  A blackening agent is needed to create black marks on uncoated metal products
