How long does it take to ship my order?

We ship your orders between 2 to 5 business days after you make your purchase from our B.C. location.

Please note all laserable leatherette sheets ship within 4-9 business days. If you have purchased any of these laserable leatherette sheets with other items from our online store, we will ship everything together in one package within the 4-9 business days.

Holidays, your location, weather, traffic, high volume shipments and failed delivery attempts are a few factors in delayed delivery time frames that are out of our control.

If you need your order by a certain timeline, please contact us prior to ordering for estimate timeline and we will do the best we can to accommodate.

What are your store and business operation hours?

We accept online orders 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. We ship Monday to Friday (except for holidays).

Where do you ship?

Currently shipping only in Canada.

Why can't I add more items to my cart?

If we are low in stock with any product(s), when you try to add more than what we currently have in stock, a message will pop up above the "add to cart" button:

"You can't add more ******* to the cart"

Try adding less item(s) to the cart than you tried prior. You can also contact us via online chat to inquire current stock levels.

I placed an order and would like to add more items to my invoice, is this possible?

If we have not shipped or processed your order, it is still possible. Your delivery time-frame may change depending on what item(s) you add to your current order. Contact us via store chat (our quickest response) to see what item(s) to add, or see the status of your order.

Can I return any of my items after purchase?

We offer returns only on a case by case basis. Item(s) have to be new, unused and returned in original packing. Contact us here within 24 hours of receiving your order and let us know how we can help you.

You will have to pay the return shipping fees if your item(s) are approved for return.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Sale items, discontinued and reduced to clear item(s) are all final sale, no exceptions.

Special orders and pre-orders are also final sale.

Any delivery attempt fails, or failure to pick up your package(s) from the post office that end up returned back to us will not be refunded. However, you can pay an extra shipping fee to have your package re-shipped back to you, only within 5 business days of us receiving your failed delivery package.
