Leatherette Engraving Instructions - Marble to Black

These settings are for laserable marble leatherette that engraves to black.

RECOMMENDED LASER RASTER SETTINGS:

35 watt DPI 600 Speed 60% Power 45%
60 watt DPI 600 Speed 85% Power 55%
80 watt TROTEC PPI 600 Speed 90% Power 74%

Note: The recommended settings above may need adjustments for best results.
Settings will vary depending on the brand watt and model.

TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS
1. Manually move the laser 1/8 inch out of focus.
2. Ensure the product is level.
3. Let product rest 30-60 minutes before cleaning
4. If any residue occurs wipe the Leatherette clean with LA Awesome on a microfiber towel.
5. Vector cut mask or plastic for placement guides
