Laserable Anodized Aluminum Swarovski Bling Bone - 1 1/2" x 1"

Bring on the bling with these pet tags featuring genuine Swarovski elements recessed into the tag! Crystals are held in place with industrial grade epoxy and the back of the tag is blank for engraving. Crystals are 1.5-1.7 mm in size.

Laser Engraving Instructions for Tags

Cermark won't work on silver tags due to coating. They are intended to laser
to white

Supplies Needed:
- Metal tag of choice
- Desired cleaner

Laser Raster Settings:
- 35 watt DPI 400 Speed 70% Power 90%
- 60 watt DPI 400 Speed 75% Power 60%

The recommended settings above may need adjustments for best results.

Settings will vary depending on the laser brand, watt and model.

Lasering the Tag
1. Place in laser so tag is flat and level
2. A 2nd pass may be required

Clean Up:

1. After lasering metals clean with desired cleaner.

Tips

- Testing for correct marking position laser on a test piece or tape a clear
piece of plastic on laser image to see if it is centred correctly

- Vector cut mask or plastic for placement guides
